I did today, because I missed my weigh in yesterday morning because I was awake at 3, same this morning.

I normally sleep good 3-4 days a week. I am exercising more and eating more. I gained 5 lbs since I started my new routine, I don't really feel the change in my body (well, my legs are looking pretty good, probably the water retention) , now the weight is going down, I still suppose to gain weight but slowly.

My phone is off 1-2 hours before bedtime.

I upped my calories and I don’t feel I overeat but I lost my morning appetite

Maybe cause I’m no longer up at 5 and exercising, I go to the gym mid day
