I did not lose or gain weight over my suprise three day weekend that my husband treated me to. I'm so happy that my husband and I were conscious of what we ate. He is so dedicated to his health right now and is so focus on this new way of eating for him. He had a doctor's visit and his blood pressure was in the normal range and his weight was down 20lbs. He and his doctor are thrilled. I will see my doctor and get my blood readings on March 15th. I know from daily testing that my blood glucose is way down (100+) and would hope to see a positive change in my LDL and HDL levels. Hoping for the BEST!!!
79.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
