Well, its still a loss. I passed out on sunday, I think due to the heat. So workouts are put on hold until at least tomorrow until i see how i feel. But, a loss is still a loss.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sorry to hear you passed out- wow, the heat has been a killer though hasnt it. take a day or two off and then get back to it;)

thanks! Found out from doctor yesterday it was because of low blood pressure. i have to increase my salt intake. Hopefully that helps. Now to get back into my workouts!!
