I drank about a gallon of water yesterday. I only Ate a chicken salad sandwich and trail mix. Yet I’m back at 205 pounds. My goal was to lose 2.5 pounds a week. Which means I’m supposed to reach at least 202.4 pounds by this Thursday 😒. Still not quitting though.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
