Very discouraging. Although 1.5 pounds loss a week is very good for a diet, I am used to losing 3 pounds the first week I've ever "dieted". THEN, 1.5 for the weeks following. AND I was hungry most of the time.
My solution will be to start drinking more water. Should keep me feeling fuller and hopefully will flush away some fat...
77.8 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
