Lost the pound gained last week. Big whoop. Exercise is on, gotta shave the empty calories-can you say margarita and sugar free cookies? This works ONLY when I have 900 cals or less a day. Sounds low-is low dammit! But there it is.....
68.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on the pound! Losing is always good. Years of constant yo-yoing can mess up our metabolisms making it harder and harder to lose weight. Your best bet might be in the exercise. A combination of strength training and cardio. Take it a day at a time and have patience. Even a half a pound adds up over time. Good luck!
