Plateau again. Only a day or 2 until another drop though if I look at my history. Keeping up with the walking and watching the calories. My body will slowly let it go.

What I did to break my plateau is increasing my calories significantly for one day then fasting the next day, it really helped

skyheart424 - I have noticed that seems to be my track record as well. I plod along for 4 days or so at the same weight, give up and eat junk food for a day, then eat not much at all the next day because I am still full and I end up losing another couple of pounds LOL.

Yeah it activate metabolism, but every time you think about giving up just remember how much you improved and lost weight and remember your goals, remember how hard it was in your last workout or during preparing your healthy meals and think is it really worth to throw all this hard work for some junk food that will make you lose progress and feel bad ? .. you are strong and can do it just stay determined and focused and don’t give up ! ❤️

becoming aware of how our bodies react is pretty great ☺ i'm enjoying the fact that i can predict how my weight will change based on how my week goes. it helps with the stress levels too.. because you know the change is coming, even if it takes a while to get there. yay, you! 😉
