I didn’t even eat that much yesterday. Maybe the scale was wonky.
86.8 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.4 kg a Week

My husband and I have both been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, even at normal weights. Watch Dr. Jason Fung on YouTube. Also "Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Down". Keto and Intermittent Fasting is working for me, my health is improving.
