Feeling good even though the scale's a little up. I made healthy choices yesterday (brought my own chips & soda, ate what I wanted and stopped when I was satisfied).
43.2 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
