3 1/2 days away spent with friends, and I didn’t do much movement because it was a scrapbooking weekend but my husband is enjoying working out with me at night so I’m going to keep working out in the evenings so he can join me.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
