Not Change.
Not surprised really. Not after that 16 inch pizza on Sunday.
This week will be better.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ah my bad I had it Saturday. Actually don't know what day it is half the time. Hopefully burn some calories off at work.

Its not possible jacshadow. you cant put on more weight than the weight of the food you consume. You must be eating/drinking other things that you are not counting

Got to say I agree with Steve I only put on that sort of weight when I drink alcohol unless you’re carrying a lot of water plus eat some other food as well
