This was a bit of a surprise. I lost one full pound. I have been living at the hospital, sitting at the bedside and nothing much else. Eating has been not all that easy to deal with. In fact, I have averaged 100-200 more calories than I have been averaging.

I am glad that something is on track in the world of the chaos of doctors and changing medical situations.
109.2 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
