Hi Checking in.. Long day, worked out 1st thing in the morning 6:15 am.. got the twins ready for school, had a meeting, shopping, driving older son around.. I'm pooped but feel good that I was in motion.

I said I wasn't going to get on the scale more than 1x a week.. this will be the last time I do this.. I prefer to weigh in on Monday after a full week. Weigh in was a success, even after 2 days (lost weight) no complaint. :) Hope everyone's day was Great, mine was busy...
91.4 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
