I’v been struggling with weight loss so much. From September to December I had a crazy binge period and now I’m only capable of maintaining. I really want to lose 10-15 lbs but I never find the motivation to stick it out to the end of the week. Summer is coming and I really want to feel good. This will be my year.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
