I'm feeling great and doing well on my eating plan. I've been reading about the Keto diet and I'm glad I am. I've been getting so many "Watch Out" and negative comments. My husband is feeling great and losing weight and I feel great and I'm losing weight which has been awhile coming. I'll get my regular blood work the first week of March. I will know then if there are any detimental effects.
80.0 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry about the negative comments...I always choose to believe that it's coming from a good place, which is probably a little naive but...it makes me feel better so, I keep doing it! Negativity can be hard to deal with especially when what you're doing feels right for you and seems to be working. You keep plugging away and if the docs see anything negative in the lab work you can always make adjustments! Glad you're feeling so good and losing!!
