I have been exercising 3 days in a row, Sunday 109 minutes, Monday 64 minutes and Yesterday 126 minutes. And I am eating 200 extra calories. My daily intake now is 1900 calories, today is my day off.

I don't suppose to be gaining weight that fast, haha , I know I have gained weight because the last two weeks I had a calorie surplus, this is my third week, probably my real weight is 103 lb.

I know, overeating is soo easy for me. 🐷😂 , as I want to make of this weight gain to be mostly muscle, I will have to be consistent with my calories and exercise. 🏋️‍♀️

What’s your BMI? That helps with Calorie intake. At 6 feet, Male, mine is 1800 & need another 600 to maintain the weight while I continue the Intense Exercise Programs.

Last month I was maintaining my weight with 1700 calories.

The last two weeks my calorie surplus was of 468 and 603, it's the reason of my weight gain. I just decided to move on, starting this week with 1900, just 200 extra calories because I want a slow weight gain.

I just want to be able to eat more without causing too much damage, and probably increase my muscle mass. 😊

I want to get back to being able to eat that much. I’m not building muscle like you though, just belly 😜

Hey, thanks! I have no idea what I am building though, I really hope it is not just belly, let's trust the process, lol. I will do that, if I see that I am just getting fat, I will lower my calorie intake again.
