As usual it's a challenge. I have adult children in the house, they are surfers with incredible metabolizmus. After a day on the waves they want rich fatty food. I get it you need to replace all the energy it takes to do a highly physical activity like surfing. so The exposure is sometimes unbearable! But I manage. I just try to keep my eye on the goal. As difficult as it is sometimes, I know were I want to be and what I want to do once Iam close, and there. I am really trying. I know how much better I feel just at this point. I think once I am there I will feel unbelievable. I keep focusing on all those good things and I want them. I am gonna keep going.
