I Stared Atkins induction on the 1st of October. Just completed my 14 day induction and lost 10 lbs. was hoping for more. So I decided to track my food and carb intake. I will be staying on phase 1 because I have a significant amount of weight to lose. Its going to be a long journey but I know it will be worthwhile its a new lifestyle that I have to learn. When I hit my goal weight my goal is to go to a theme park and enjoy the rides with my kids and my husband instead of always waiting for them at the ride exit.
139.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 67.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a plan,you can do it.Don't stay on induction to long and get bored with the choices work your way slowly up the rungs. I seem to do a lot better being able to add some nuts and berries.
