Whelp, I knew this was coming...water-retention week. So,, lots of water and tea and gentle yoga for the next several days. I don't expect to gain much this week, but most likely won't lose much either until next week.

I woke up feeling really good and grounded. So here's to a productive week filled with self-love and self-care.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
