So since January Iv finally lost 1lb! Oof. Still 11 to go but now Im being more serious and im gonna stop making excuses about exercise. Motivation gets so hard around Friday and I usually screw up my week during the weekend.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm in the same boat. I always have the best of intentions and start strong but a busy night or lack of sleep always makes it hard to find the motivation. keep your chin up and try little changes everyday I started with filling the coffee pot before bed every night for a week. every little change counts and will add up in the long run 😊
