I should be happy about losing a pound, but it is because I had some kind of stomach flu.

I don't know if it was actually caused by a germ, or if it is the sugar I consumed - I drank a Starbucks almond milk latte and had some Halo Top, plus water at once early this week and felt bloated right afterwards. I felt nauseous the next day and suffered through a bout of heavy diarrhea (sorry for the TMI) the day after. I could barely eat anything except for some electrolytes. I felt better on Thursday and Friday was able to eat again, but for some reason I do not feel hungry anymore in the mornings. Yesterday I ate some good food but it was a bit late, so I woke up with a bit of a stomach ache. It is a bit better now; I just need to take my meds with my glass of water.

Another thing I cannot eat these days is anything sweet (even with "fake sugar"). My body is probably telling me to back off a bit with the sweets.

Finally, the sun is back!
68.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

ooh me too with the flu this week 😕 so sorry to hear it. it was short lived though so i was thankful for that. cruddy way to drop weight but life goes on. (thank God) 😊 glad you're feeling better. the belly is a smart organ, lol, it knows what it want's eh? mine is still a little fussy as well but just glad to be past the nasty part. 👊

I think i over did it yesterday. Too much too soon, and now i have the opposite problem, lol. I should have known better. 🍞🍗🍔🍦🍪
