Splurged at the local Mongolian BBQ yesterday. Not sure how to log the food, but given the weight gain, I bet I was a bit over my goals.
94.5 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
