Dry Fast 2.0 Day #1 I had a small refeed yesterday and lots of liquids, I'm now ready to begin a new Dry Fast. The gained weight I assume is mostly water and food in my bowel. I hope this time around I can reach my goal of 200hrs! Dry Fasting is amazing! Happy Thursday everyone :-)
