Think I worked extra hard this week, really watched what I'm eating and did all workout as planned, but gained weight. Old dress looks loose on me though 🤔
54.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fat is probably turning to muscle which is denser. If you feel slimmer and more toned that’s probably what the cause is. Keep up the good work! 😘
