Haven't check in for a while. Though I did hot my goal of 190lbs., I've went back up to, and maintaining around the 195lb mark. Since I have yet to begin a workout routine, I believe this is the weight where I should be given I'm still not as active as I should be.

The one thing I am taking away from my journey is having to relearn to eat. I still maintain that mindset and don't intend to change it. I plan to expand upon it to begin eating more fresh and healthy foods. I'm also renovating my kitchen, and want to get my money's worth out of it.

To everyone still on your journey. Maintain patience, discipline, and persistence. Though the weight got harder to loose around the end, I never considered loosing weight to be a hard thing. I'd wish you all good luck, but luck has nothing to do with it. You only have to want it, and then make it happen!

One of the beautiful things that I find is that no matter what I’m doing on my journey it’s always changing and evolving. Healthy is a constant. The second we stop that deliberate focus we run the risk of letting the perverbeal ball of yarn unravel. It’s just like most things in life. If we want to see change we have to be the change. And not just once in a while or when we feel like it. It takes real effort to be consistent and deliberate day in and day out. Especially when you don’t see the fruits of your labor right away.
