Feeling a lot sharper after increasing the amount of vegetables and spinach that I am eating.

I made large batches of Vegetable Soup and cooked Chicken Breasts today.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
