OK Day one of my new journey is going well! I redid my macros back to 1600 cal, 97g of fat, 20 g Carbs and 94 g of protein. I know that I can do this because 2 years ago I almost made it to my goal weight. Here I am again with 31 lbs to drop and my goal is 2 lbs/ week and to not have to buy new shorts lol lol My Hubby is back on Keto again so we will support each other he has about 40lbs to drop but since men appear to drop the weigh faster than women I assume that he will hit is goal before me but since I do the cooking he will probably just add in carbs before I will be able to. I know that Keto is not for everyone but 2 years ago I dropped 40 lbs and Hubby dropped about 80 lbs. I just found the most amazing sweeter called Monk Fruit.... has a little fruity taste but no bitter after taste like Stevia has. I know that even low calorie sweeteners need to be consumed in moderation.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
