Been having a hard time sleeping the last couple of nights and I have a lot of sore muscles due to riding snowmobile on Saturday for 5 hours. There was an amazing thing that happened during that ride too, my son has always been afraid of riding due to the engine noise but we made him come along because it was that or we stay home and work around the farm; he loved going out and asked when we could go again that’s win #1. I also tried on clothes to try to plan outfits for our trip and there’s many pairs of shorts that have gaps all over, that used to be tight last summer (or even longer) win #2. Excited to see change happening with the workouts now to get back to trying to balance all the food, because I did indulge a little over the weekend and with some sleep deprivation is the reason for the weight gain.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
