Really fell off this week. Between the bonfire and fish & shrimp dinner at the river last night and all the eating as i please. Got to keep it under 20 carbs for the next 2 weeks.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
