Haven't had time to get in any exercise but I have scheduled activity for the remainder of the week and hopefully that will encourage me to eat better and eat more on schedule.....not giving up!!!
108.9 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week
