No changes there for at least 2 weeks now. It's time to take a closer look at what I eat and excersize a bit more as I don't want to cut more on calories 🙄
54 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1300-1500 - I'm 156 cm tall, office job sat down for 9 hrs per day so don't really need much on a normal day

Maybe some exercise to increase muscle? I have some weights for arms and I use a stepper to build muscle in legs :)

Yes! 2-3 times a week would be ideal but... sometimes I just can't be asked after work 🙄 well, let's at least try 😊
