It’s the last day of January which means it’s my hubby’s birthday! I made him a 2 layer chocolate cake that is suppose to taste like Oreos; lots of chocolate, sugar, and cream went into it so it will definitely be a treat at supper tonight. My workouts for the month have been tougher doing the hybrid of Piyo and focus T-25. Still not losing as much as I would like but I’m getting some definition in places I haven’t seen it in quite some time. I will say that I was glad to have a little extra weight on me this last week with the windchills as cold as -56 in our area of the state. T-12 weeks for the vacation I want to look great on.
80.4 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
