Aloha all; Really frustated!!!!! I have been fighting 2 lbs. for what seems like forever. I guess it has been somewhere around a month. I can,t seem to break 177 every time i hit it I bounce back up 2 or 3 lbs. I tried the keto beef and butter fast which brought me down to 177. I have not been able to loose since going back to the stricter cal and carb diet. Keto, with watching cals. I did have a drink about 2 weeks ago vodka and soda, not even a twist or squeeze! I wish I knew what to do. I am afraid to try anything extreme as I don't want to impair my ability to get back on track. But this is getting ridiculous. I wouldn't say Iam starving but I am on 1200 cals or less. I have faith that I will break this pateau and get there. It is just so frustrating.
