Way too much sodium, yesterday. The food was great at the Playhouse Square Donor reception but it tasted salty and I'm sure it was. 2 pounds overnight? Dang!
58.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
