Meal prep has been slack past two days but maintaining under my intake goal, adjusting meal prep this weekend. Got a new PR on my benchpress yesterday 180x3n as well as front squat earlier this week 165x5! I need some flatter shoes for lifting. Regardless big jump for me!
110.4 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
