I ran 4.5 miles yesterday! And then I walked around the zoo with my daughters for two miles, carrying Gabbie most of the way. I was so impressed; she ran more than a half mile with me during our run, and she's only 2 (a much slower pace, of course.)! Watching how much she loved running and spending time as a family was a total motivator to keep going.
In other news, while my weight has been pretty stagnant for the last several weeks, I have lost another 2% in body fat, and can still feel my clothes fitting differently. I seem to be trading fat for muscle. =) I'll take muscle mass over weight loss any day.
