I don't calculate every day how much kilo I'm .Because I drink 2,5-3 lt water every day . Also i check my kilo every morning.After WC or some times before WC .

Most important for me follow my diet.

When i start diet on 14 sep. I was 99.9 kg now 90.9 that great on 17 days. but how fat you are this is the question for how much you can lost in a month .
For example if you are 60 kilo and your ideal kilo 50 ,so in 1 month 4-5 kilos is also to much .but For me 10 kilos for fist month is normal because I start sport and 4 days healthy food + 3 days pineapple diet .
This is not heavy,




to day is pineapple diet's last day for this week .Tomorrow I will start eating healthy foods



my menu for tomorrow;

morning ;
oatmail + milk + honey
mulberry tea + linden tea

lunch ;
like fish barbecue with salad (1 table spoon olive oil or less)


dinner ;

cabbage with soy meat, (1 spoon or less olive oil or sesame oil )


Also any kind of fruits and nuts every 1.5 or 2 hr for control blood sugar x insulin (it will control feeling of hunger )
water with lemon or only water , less than 3 lt more than 2 lt
90.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
