i behaved myself at Oktoberfest last night and my calorie count seemed to total up to something closer to maintenance for me. I didn't lose much from yesterday, but I didn't gain! Hooray!
82.4 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
