At first I thought I was doing pretty good with my meals and saw only 1 lbs. loss...Then I remembered, I really didn't do so well with my meals....Still too many special occasions/parties. Hopefully, the next few weeks will be better and less to celebrate. All in all....a 1 lbs. weight loss is very good considering all the eating. I'll take 1 lbs. Better than no weight loss. :) Today was visiting with my sister, so that's where all the sweets came in at. Can't refuse the peach pie, when she put all that time in baking it for me.

Just realized....My weight looks like the stock market!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
