Gained a couple oz, but nothing I wasn’t expecting. It seems as if the rain 🌧 in California makes us eat more!!!!


Still hit the Gym yesterday & Burned an extra 800 Cals as we worked the heavy muscle groups.....Legs & Shoulders


Started with Box Squats @ 65% to MAX & Completed 4 x 10

Conditioning: 5 Rounds with EMOM
• Assault Bike- 12 Cals
• Weighted Lunges 14x
• Ski ERG 12 Cals
• Sled Pull & Push
• 20 Solid Minutes of Exercises!!


Time to find an airport gate (heading to Texas).
76.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keith, You can vary the amount, we were doing 65, some had 90lbs.

30kg is a good weight, how long is your track? Sleds are not much fun hahaha, crazy good at getting a sweat going 👌
