DOMS weight hiked 16 miles yesterday. I see my pattern now... drop 4 lbs m-f, gain 2 over the weekend and repeat. The gain isn’t fat gain for sure. keto works for some and not for others, but for everyone calorie deficit is needed for weight loss.
59.1 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
