Back on track and managed to lose despite being at a conference for 4 days this week and eating out 5 times! Here is one of my meals. Ended up being dinner and lunch the next day!! Fantastic!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
