i need to be less obsessed qith the scale and more obsessed with the gym. going tomorrow for hopefully an hour. and then 2 classes friday so i can finally learn the weights and they will tailor a workout plan for me.
52.1 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
