Seems like I am fighting for every ounce! Earlier in the week I had a backslide. went up to 181 but came right back down. Didn't cheat, I guess we just fluctuate and just have to deal with it and hang in there. Even though the scale doesn't show it I look a lot slimmer and am swimming in my cloths. Still like 55 lbs to go but I am looking much better and feeling better. I am still fighting wanting to eat things not good for weight loss. Now am at the point that just reading the recipes is satiating. I just want to get there and stick with it. Bc once there you still need to stay with it to maintain. I am really getting ahead of myself! I need to just stick with one foot in front of the other. I will get there.
