Well I’m kinda ticked- I don’t seem to Be able to lose in fact I’m gaining... it seems lately when I eat I get the “hypoglycemic” feeling after no matter what I eat... any ideas or recommendations. I need to lose and all I seem to do is gain. I am Not a chocolate girl- well I am but I get migraines from it so I am very limited. I am also a picky eater which sucks. But alas something has to be done- can not afford to buy any more new clothes.
