Fasting Day #6
I broke my Dry Fast yesterday, I'm definitely retaining a lot of water now 🙄 well at least I know is not fat!
70.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's amazing how much of the body is basically water, when it comes down to it; If I remember correctly, OVER 50%! O.O
