Feeling good about my workout and somewhat about my food. I missed lunch which I can't do. I need to get back in the habit of having my food with me so that I don't miss my meals. I felt good after taking my blood sugars this morning. I'm hoping to see my A1C levels go down drastically.
I AM GRATEFUL FOR:
*My drive to get my workouts done.
*My workout partner.
*My cooking skills
