After returning home from the holiday rush on New Years Eve I came down with the stomach flu and didn’t eat or drink very much for 2 days. When I did start feeling up to eating it was a lot is salty broth/soups with toast. I’m finally back on my feet and will be getting back into the exercises from
Beachbody On Demand. T-16 weeks until me and hubby leave for our anniversary trip. 😊
