It finally happened but its not near as bad as it couldve been! 138 is my usual weight (n goal weight) but since Thanksgiving Ive been on a roller coaster ride..good for 2 days, then bad for a day or so. I was still working out so no weight gain...till today! Well its a New year so back to clean eating. Im sure it will come off in a couple days. Happy New Year fs friends!
63.6 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
