Up a bit from cheat day, 207.0

Made amazing chicken Parmesan for my cheat day, with pasta and garlic bread. It was a good Italian meal, something I usually have a tough time cooking. Family loved it too.

Rode bike yesterday, and today. I have ridden all 3 days this weekend. Legs are super sore. Even took a long walk with the dog last night with my family. I will rest em later, lol.

Short journal today, shower time!
